These are a series of pictures from my weekend at Caleu Lo Marin. The dinner fotos are from a tuly extraordinay meal that was influenced by a story my mother told me about my uncle's youthful eating habits, just mix it all together. The ingredients were: Chicken with a tomato red pepper sauce over rice that then had avocado added, spicy cream cheese, and corn chips. We were hard pressed to finish, but, by golly, we did it. We later had to spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool to recover from the experience.
